What should you do if you would like
Classic Touch to provide your music?

Prepare yourself for a conversation about music

  • Listen to the musical examples on the repertoire page
  • Buy a CD of wedding music, if you don't find what you want
  • Draw up a wish list of music you would like for your wedding
  • Sketch out the ceremony (how many bridesmaids, etc.)

Talk with us on the phone

  • Call us at (864) 653-3112 to discuss your ideas and questions
  • Tell us what you want us to wear (Sunday dress or tuxes)
  • Give us the details of the event: when, where, and how to get there

Sign a contract

  • In a few days we'll send out a contract containing the information we've discussed
  • Sign a copy and return with a deposit, letting us know if you want us to hold the check or deposit it. Then two weeks before the ceremony, mail us the balance of the fee.

What's left

  • Feel free to call us with any questions you may have
  • Call us as you confirm the details of your event. Specifically, we need to know (a) the name of the person directing the wedding, be it a wedding director or family member, (b) the final number of mothers, grandmothers, bridesmaids, flower girls, and/or ring bearers, and (c) the final words of the ceremony; i.e., the cue for the musicians to play the recessional. Given this information, it is not necessary for us to attend the rehearsal.
  • We will arrive early to set up and be ready to play at the agreed upon time
