we've discussed
- Sign

ceremony, mail us the balance of the fee.
What's
left
- Feel
free to call us with any questions you may have
- Call
us as you confirm the details of your event. Specifically, we
need to know (a) the name of the person directing the wedding,
be it a wedding director or family member, (b) the final number
of mothers, grandmothers, bridesmaids, flower girls, and/or ring
bearers, and (c) the final words of the ceremony; i.e., the cue
for the musicians to play the recessional. Given this information,
it is not necessary for us to attend the rehearsal.
- We
will arrive early to set up and be ready to play at the agreed
upon time
